That’s why, recognizing specific needs in the european market, we create new and improve on existing technologies. Our proprietary engineered geosystems, include precast bridges, precast arches, soil reinforced retaining structures and ecological protection solutions. Each application solution is individually developed to the requirements of the client’s project expectations and specification.

We develop using precast concrete solutions to improve, construction times and therefore more economical client cost savings. Precast bridges, composite systems and retaining walls are designed for quick and trouble-free installation, regardless of field conditions.

Precast Bridge Structures

The popularity of the innovative advancement of bridge structures of medium and small spans using precast technology is growing in europe/uk every year. There is a major increase in acceptance of optem engineered solutions by designers, contractors and investors due to international design codes and improved cost effective solutions, provide obvious advantages, but also as a result of the changes that the construction market is undergoing.

Retaining structures

Reinforced soil retaining structures and retaining walls (i.E. OptemARCH, optemFRAME and optemBLOK solutions) are widely used in civil engineering construction. They are used especially in situations where the priority is to gain additional space by increasing slope face angles.

We specialize in the design and construction of FRP composite footbridges for Infrastructure. Our structures are distinguished by their high efficiency due to the use of unique component materials.

Our first proprietary solution was the optemBLOK reinforced soil retaining wall system, which responded to the needs of infrastructure construction.

optemPANEL is another proposal for the construction industry, with large-size precast panels as the cladding. The system provides erosion protection and gives an aesthetically pleasing appearance, using robust stress-transfer geopasses that work with the backfill soil.

In turn, working on bridge projects, we developed optemARCH, a system of precast arched bridges ideal for rapid bridge construction.

In response to the needs of the railroad market, we developed optemFRAME, a system of precast frame bridges, and for the road construction industry we developed optemFROG, a system of protective fencing for small animals. Completing our offer is optemPLATE, based on corrugated sheets for bridges and tunnels, and optemEpoxy, FRP composite footbridges for quick and easy installation.
